This vibrant bedroom features a King-size luxury bed, complemented by a locally handcrafted wooden table beside it. Unique feature: a custom concrete sink There is also a shared full bathroom (for showers) right out the door.

Energetically cozy and warm room. This bedroom has a single full size bed with pull-out trundle (twin) below it. It is beautifully decorated and has its own mini-split HVAC syste. This bedroom shares a full bath with the Sunset room and is right outside the door.

The Family Bunk Room provides a luxury king mattress/bed and one twin bunk bed for children. It has a large dual-sink bathroom. This bedroom has its own mini split HVAC unit and can be accessed via the kitchen or via outdoor entry from the upper driveway. Access to common areas -- kitchen, living/dining rooms, laundry, outdoor amenities -- is also part of the accommodations.

Our upstairs master bedroom was designed for your ultimate getaway experience. This spacious retreat features a king sized bed, two closets and a beautifully crafted concrete bathroom. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and style in this inviting space. The dream den also encludes a convenient coffee bar in the hallway, along with an additional single bed and a charming cubby sitting area, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying your morning brew.

Welcome to the Desert Rose Guest House 🌹 Located in Cottonwood, just 15 minutes from Sedona, this cozy guest house features a loft and Murphy bed, perfect for couples, friends, or small families. Enjoy access to the pool, large fire pit, farm animals, fruit trees, and peaceful outdoor spaces. Lovingly restored by our family, the Desert Rose offers a relaxing retreat to unwind, explore, and reconnect in the beauty of Northern Arizona.
